The Virtual CD tool is a simple Windows app from Microsoft that allows you to map an ISO file (cd image) to a driver letter. This allows you to access the cd image with out having to burn it to a CD.

Microsoft’s Virtual CD Tool is free and small in size but not necessarily the most user friendly. It does do the job though.
